Q. Is there a limit to how many people can be on the call?

A. Yes. The ODAC service accommodates up to 30 Participants.

Q.Which pin number should I give out?

A. The Moderator Pin is for whoever will be leading the call; the Participant Pin is for all others. We advice you to send the Participant pin and access numbers via email or SMS for ease of distribution.

Q. What do I do if I forget my PIN number?

A. Call SHRATEC Customer Care Executive. After verifying the identity of the Meeting Chairman, we will provide you with yourModerator and Participant PIN number.

Q. Do I need to make a reservation?

A. There is no need to make any reservation once your account is activated.

Q. How do I record the voice portion of my call?

A. Once a meeting is launched press *2* to start recording .To stop recording press *2* again.

Q. I am the moderator and entered my PIN code, but am unable to enter the conference.

A. After 3 attempts contact SHRATEC Customer Care Executive to verify your pin number.

Q. Can the participants talk to each other before the moderator dials in to the meeting?

A. Anyone who dials-in before the moderator will not be able to speak to each other but will be listening to music until the moderator arrives to the conference room.
