EZAC (Easy Audio Conference)- upon conference reservation, the audio conference call is conducted without the assistance of an operator. By dialing your permanent toll-free number and entering your conference code, you and your participants are immediately placed into the conference.
EZAC-Secure -upon conference reservation, the audio conference call is conducted without the assistance of an operator. By dialing your permanent toll-free number and entering your conference code and your personal code, you and your participants are immediately placed into the conference.
EZAC-Care – a customized solution to manage your most demanding audio conference calls. SHRATEC brings everyone in your large conference together in one seamlessly co-coordinated, managed and executed event. Reservations can be made online or over the phone. Extra features, like Q&A, recording or polling (Voting) can be added, to ensure you get everything you need from your call. All participants dialing in are attended and greeted by an SHRATEC operator who places them into your meeting.
QuickTalk - a call blast which can be executed either as ODAC or EZAC conference. This conference is initiated by managers or team leaders who need to communicate with their team at short notice or an emergency situation. All the people in the group will be alerted simultaneously and a meeting convened instantaneously.
DirectTalk - a hybrid of Operator Assisted combined with the convenience of Automated audio conferencing. Participants join your conference call by entering a conference code, eliminating the need to be connected by an operator.
